Elementary vs. Secondary

I am an elementary school teacher who is currently working on a secondary license.  I plan to teach high school when my degree is finished, and possible middle school if I'm not able to finish before next school year.  I am currious about the views of other teachers on the differences between teaching elementary and teaching secondary.  Is it a different job or the same job with different students?  Your thoughts?
